We have experience in all kinds of mortgage loans and can offer Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Reverse, and Commercial, as well as Hard-Money and Private Equity. Once we discuss your scenario and needs, we then be able to make suggestions as to what options are available for you.
The closing costs can vary depending on the situation such as purchase or refinance, A+ credit or Hard-Money, Single Family or Condo, Escrow & Title charges, Property taxes, etc. We will gather everything for you and present it so that you can clearly understand where all closing costs are coming from and why. Up-Front and/or nonrefundable fees would include your initial credit report, and upon proceeding would also include your initial appraisal inspection if needed. We will also help you know what these fees are going to be for your specific loan situation.
Your credit score is a valuable part of the equation in order to get a loan however, you might be surprised at what's available to you. We currently offer mortgage loan products with as low as a 500 credit score (*subject to change at any time with the lenders). Of course, you must fully qualify in other ways, but it's often not as high of a score as many people think is required. Let's talk and figure out your exact situation.
This depends on whether you are purchasing a home or refinancing, and what type of loan it is. We can close loans in as little as 15 days for most standard loans, but a good estimate to expect overall is 30 days. We'll let you know what to expect right at the beginning, depending on your type of application.
